Ruby chose a career in Adventure and Tourism
I did a lot of research before deciding this is the best programme for anyone interested in outdoor pursuits. Its well-rounded curriculum, encompassing strong technical as well as soft skills – such as environmental science, nutrition and meteorology – plus the opportunity for a practical work placement, proved irresistible.
Living in Singapore, I had to travel to get my outdoors fix, here nature is right outside the door. It’s wonderful. Ultimately I’d like to become a guide, and use my knowledge and skills to inspire others to care more about the planet by creating unforgettable outdoor adventures.
