Cade Lynch
Cade chose a career in Automotive Engineering
“I’d been around vehicles all my life, but I wanted to know more about them so I enrolled in TPP’s Automotive programme,” says TPP graduate Cade Lynch.
A little over a year later, he is in an apprenticeship and sees his future firmly in the automotive business.
“I really enjoy the whole physical aspect of the job and I’m learning every day. Quite often you don’t have time to stop – there’s always something going on.
“I found when we got to the work experience part of the course, I could use what I’d learned in the classroom and put it into practice.”

“TPP’s Automotive programme was good – the tutors and the people were good to learn with. I found when we got to the work experience part of the course, I could use what I’d learned in the classroom and put it into practice.”
Cade’s advice for anyone thinking of enrolling in TPP’s Automotive programme is to get started and “just stick at it”.
“You might not be that keen on some subjects but if you keep at it you’ll find something you’re really interested in and you’ll find that’s what you want to specialise in.”
