Tai Poutini Polytechnic reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the programmes and/or courses listed on this site and shall not be liable for any claim other than the proportion of programme/course fee that the cancelled portion bears. Programmes will run subject to minimum enrolment numbers being met. Definitions

Within the context of this disclaimer and the other pages in the legal section of this website;

“the website” (or site) - means any TPP administered website including www.tpp.ac.nz, or any other sub domain directly linked to the TPP website or programme information.

Website “users” are defined below and fall into two categories:

  • Visitors are users who visit the site but do not register or make any effort to provide credentials on the TPP website.
  • Registered users are visitors who registers their identity with the website through the TPP registration process or through another open ID interface.
