TPP Graduation Ceremony – all you need to know

When: Wednesday 15 March 2023, 6pm

Where: Shantytown, Greymouth

Congratulations! You’ve worked hard and after putting in a great effort, you’re about to graduate and head into the future.

TPP’s annual Graduation Ceremony is a formal and fun recognition of all the hard work you’ve put in to achieve your goals.

Join your friends and family to mark a truly special day in your life – whether you’re heading on to more study, taking the first steps in your chosen career, or tackling a new challenge, Graduation is an important day for you.

What happens on the day?

• Register to take part
  You need to register before the ceremony – if you're eligible to graduate you’ll get an email with all the details.
• Assembly and procession
  Meet outside the venue at least an hour before the ceremony. Look for your programme name on a sign – TPP staff will be there to help you file in the right order. You’ll walk in procession and take your seat.
  If it is raining, someone will be there to direct you to a wet weather venue.
• Ceremony
  Come up on stage to receive your award when your name is called – people will be there so you head in the right direction. When you are handed your award you will be photographed, so remember to smile! Walk to the other end of the stage and wait until your classmates have received their awards.
• Afterwards
  Join your friends and family for refreshments onsite and celebrate your success! A professional photographer will be on-hand if you wish to get more images of your big day.
